You are entitled to exchange your product for an equivalent product within 14 days of receipt of the product, and we will pay the cost of returning it (the right of exchange does not apply to sale items). For an exchange or return to be approved, the product must be returned unmodified and unused in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories. The product must also be returned in transport packaging that is the same as or equivalent to the packaging in which it was delivered.
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, complaint or exchange, you are liable for the goods returned during shipment and are therefore liable for damages to us for the goods you return if they are damaged or lost during shipment. As you are liable for goods returned until they have reached our warehouse, we recommend that you make a note of the parcel tracking number.
If you want to exchange or return a product, please contact customer service by replying to the order confirmation you received by email. You will then be sent a prepaid return label to use when you send the parcel to us.
You can follow the progress of your parcel using the tracking number of your return. Please note that it takes us a few days to process a return after the parcel has arrived.
As soon as we or our external warehouse have received your parcel, returns and refunds are processed in order of receipt.
No, return freight is arranged and paid for by the customer.
